1. Who we are

RSD Orbit is provided by Ross & Sons Digital Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. When you use RSD Orbit you are contracting with Ross & Sons Digital Ltd.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use RSD Orbit on behalf of an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that agency. You must be 18 or over.

3. The service

RSD Orbit is cloud software for estate and letting agencies covering sales, lettings, property management, record-keeping, websites and AI-assisted drafting. RSD Orbit keeps records only; it does not hold or move client money.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate and up to date.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or misleading activity.
• No infringement of anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No malware, probing, scraping, or interfering with the security or operation of the service.
• No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the service, or circumventing usage limits.

6. AI features

AI outputs (such as valuation reports, follow-up drafts and assistant answers) may be inaccurate. You are responsible for your inputs, for checking outputs before relying on them, and for having the right to use any content you submit. AI outputs are not professional, legal or financial advice. We may filter outputs, remove content, or restrict accounts that misuse AI features. Rights-holders can report infringing content to us and repeat infringers will have access removed.

7. Intellectual property

Ross & Sons Digital Ltd owns the service, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

9. Service level

We work hard to keep RSD Orbit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. General

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
